The ISSC aims to increase the understanding of career development experiences and needs of international students. ACSN is the only professional organization that facilitates interaction among the alumni career services community.

Active member of Strategic Planning team, contributing to the organization's first strategic planning process and owning one of four strategic goals with multiple deliverables. Developed the organization's first annual report: created a sustainable annual reporting process and wrote the annual report for distribution to over 350 members. Oversee team working towards achieving the remainder of the 3-year strategic plan goals around providing best practices and data to enhance member benefits and retention.
