In charge of maintaining a functioning business on a daily basis. This includes achieving sales goals, maintaining company visual standards, and supervising a staff of 6-8 sales associates. Maintaining the business includes running sales numbers on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and communicating this information to the team, running a POS system for all transactions small or large, coordinating order pick-ups and deliveries, and handling any and all customer issues should they arise.Keeping an accurate inventory from receiving to selling including manually unloading tractor trailer's of product from a bi-weekly to a weekly basis. Counting all items that come in and taking care of any discrepancies should they occur.

Responsible for answering phones, greeting all candidates and communicating with the recruiting team, scanning, filing, and/or faxing all information handed off by recruiters in a timely manner, maintaining a database of candidates and clients, mailing temp staff payroll, ordering supplies, and all other administrative duties.Also responsible for writing and sending out fee agreements and other such binding documents, as well as blog articles for the company website.
