Overseeing day to day operations of 2 Marriott branded hotels. Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, recruiting qualified associates, revenue management, cost control and brand compliance as well as company standards.

I assisted in overseeing project construction/development, was responsible for the recruitment of team, training and development as well as creating /implementing procedures. I was the opening manager in June 2016. I reviewed our rates, inventory and market to ensure we remained competitive. My team and I ranked high GSS scores as we built a very solid base business including extended stay. I was responsible for ordering, inventory, all human resources, revenue management and sales including groups and any corporate accounts as well as RFP's.

Opening hotel manager, responsible for recruiting and hiring of all team members prior to doors opening. I on boarded, trained and quickly developed a strong team who provided outstanding guest satisfaction scores. We won several awards including Wall of Fame (Top 15% of brand) 3 quarters in 2014 as well as Movers & Shakers in 2 categories for most improved. I assisted in building a solid base of clientele with sales efforts and reviewed rates daily to ensure we were competitive with our market and the areas demand. Prior to leaving the team I led had received an Outstanding on its brand QA and GSS scores among the top in the brand.
