I always begin with the end goal in mind when building innovative education materials and programs to engage learners. I've been an educator for 10+ years to young learners, adult learners, in-person learners, and remote learners alike. I've taught in the states and abroad. In those 10+ years I've noticed a pattern: If you're not clear about where you want your learners to arrive, you can't create effective learning experiences.My education and background are in marketing and teaching, and I have experience in both educational and business settings. I love instructional design because it allows me to blend my interests in education and technology to deliver engaging experiences.
