EQRM performance improvements, features and maintenance.EQRM is an earthquake hazard and risk model, capable of earthquake scenario ground motion and scenario loss modeling as well as probabilistic seismic hazard (PSHA) and risk (PSRA) modeling. It is a Python application, using NumPy data structures and SciPy modules for data analysis. It is an open source project hosted at http://code.google.com/p/eqrm/.Major achievements:- A major reduction in memory usage for large simulations.- A major performance improvement to probabilistic earthquake generation.- The introduction of two new ground motion models.- Enabling EQRM to run on the National Computational Infrastructure (NCI) facility at the Australian National University (ANU).

- Provide remote technical support to customers (phone and email) across English-speaking Asia-Pacific- Manage Solution Centre tools including local SQL database of engineer statisticsand a newly developed mail routing tool.- Manage incoming support case queue across English-speaking Asia-Pacific,involving working with technical support engineers in Australia, Singapore andIndia to meet contractual response times.- Collaborated in developing a mail routing system for Asia-Pacific support emails,receiving an award for Excellence in Innovation for my work. This involved theuse of perl scripts, shell scripts, sendmail and SQL (MySQL and Oracle)
