Earned the respect of world class institutional investors based on deep bottoms-up financial modeling capabilities and thematic deep dive work across mega tech shifts tied to mobile, cloud and AI. Efforts have been recognized with awards from Institutional Investor, Thomson Reuters and media coverage including the WSJ and CNBC. Involved with initial public (IPO) or follow-on (FPO) offerings across 30+ different issuers over 10-year career spanning multiple technology sectors. Wide-ranging communications experience ranging from appearances on CNBC and frequent meetings with CEO/CFOs, industry contacts and investors. Hired and developed up to a team of 5 direct team members while serving as a mentor for upcoming analysts and taking on a leadership role within our broader tech research franchise.Originally worked with boutique tech investment bank Pacific Crest Securities which was acquired and became the Technology group at KeyBanc Capital Markets.

Led mission critical financial analyses for billion+ investments with a Fortune 50 technology company working in a highly cross-functional environment with roles on the the FP&A, corporate development and corporate strategy teams. Partnered across the organization matrix including working alongside engineering, sales, tax and accounting teams. Some experience sourcing data from SAP ERP system. Led 10-year DCF income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow modeling efforts for annual goodwill impairment test (FASB 142). Presented results to CFO and successful defended results with auditing partner PwC. Contributed to annual financial planning process. Developed $1B merger synergy analysis for $2.4B acquisition of publicly traded SunCom alongside banking advisors. Responsible for elements of the Purchase Price Accounting PPA (FASB 141) exercise including goodwill and spectrum licenses.
