Supervised product development, author relations, publishing contracts, manuscript production, editing, prepress, print production, sales & marketing, inventory, order fulfillment, customer service, and quality control. Published over 90 new titles and revised editions in four and a half years.

Established and managed new legal publishing program, including product development, author recruiting, publishing contracts, and editorial production of substantive law books for lawyers and legal guides for consumers. Initiated pilot project to offer CLE seminars; planned programs, worked with speakers on content, and applied for MCLE accreditation. Published 28 new titles in four years; contracted for over 20 additional new titles.
