Greg Kemper has 28 years of heavy industrial experience and is currently Director Project Engineering for Heidelberg Cement - Heidelberg Technology Center located in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He has been with Heidelberg Cement for 24 years.In this role, Greg is responsible for adhering to, supporting and enhancing company process methodologies and efficiencies while developing and managing commitments for NAM facilities, as well as meeting project financial and schedule deliverables / quality requirements.He has been actively involved in the IEEE Cement Industry Committee (CIC) and the IEEE Industrial Application Society (IAS). Greg has served as Vice Chair and Chair of the CIC Automation Working Group 2001-2011 and is a member of CIC East Coast Sub-committee, CIC Site Selection Committee as well as a contributor, author and presenter at numerous IEEE/PCA conferences.Greg holds a BSEET and MBA from Penn State University and started with Lehigh as an electrical engineer and has held positions of increasing responsibility in areas of engineering, project management, technical management, business unit management and manufacturing. He and his family reside in the Orefield PA.
