Charged with ensuring that all media and marketing materials match the branding developed by the college. Manage publications projects for the Marketing & Media Relations department. Assist with coordination of planning and advertising for the college. Serve as a crucial team member in developing marketing and advertising campaigns for recruitment and event promotion. Design items including the College magazine, viewbook, recruitment brochures, advertising campaigns and web content. Work in conjunction with fellow Marketing & Media team and in-house clients, often working within tight budget and time constraints.

Managed identities and publications for various companies such as Church of the Assumption, Jackson Equities, James Knox Photography, Martin Public Relations, Nationwide Equities, North Hills Christian Church, Penn-Wide Settlement Agency, Sexual Assault Response Team of Allegheny County and designed promotional materials for various Pittsburgh area bands.

Responsible for design of multiple publications projects, including: the college’s monthly newsletter; recruitment materials, postcards and brochures; invitations and programs for fundraising events; posters, program booklets, pamphlets and flyers for specific academic offerings; articles for the college’s quarterly alumni magazine; and display ads for recruitment and event promotion. Interfaced with every department on campus to help them achieve their needs from an advertising/marketing standpoint. Prepared files for press-ready purposes (layout, trapping, spot color checks. bleeds, collection for output). Conducted press checks for the quarterly magazine and various other publications. Duties also included photographing campus events for various publications.

Served as an adjunct professor for the course Electronic Publishing. Responsible for instruction of Quark XPress as an introductory course for freshman graphic design students. Prepared lesson plans, class projects, tests, instruction for electronic programs, basic presentation skills and critiques for students.
