During the pandemic, I provided support to our sales and delivery team through detailing and delivering vehicles to customers. I was transferred to our Tysons corner location where my roll expanded to managing the used car refurbishing program at this center.My duties included:-Inspecting and working on vehicles that come in for refurbishment-Reaching out to and providing support for 3rd party body shops and other vendors when they work on our vehicles-completing work orders, invoices and other paperwork regarding the use vehiclesWhile in this role, my work has made my location, one of the go to centers in the region to send refurbished vehicles for work. When needed, I also step in and work on customer cars, run parts to other services centers, and continue to support our VRS and delivery teams during the end of quarter surge of business.In order to assist with the growing needs of the business, i was transferred to the collision center in Rockville. My duties here included-performing minor body repair-detrimming and trimming out vehicle-performing technical repairs and replacements including alignments, car computer replacements, interior trim pieces, wiring harness, etc. -diagnosing and resolving technical problems -performing intake inspections on vehicles -step in for parts department for inventory checks, counts, parts transport via forklift, etc. when necessary

Washington D.C. Metro Area

Located at a high traffic apartment complex just outside downtown Silver Spring. My main responsibility was leasing apartments however, I was involved in a lot more due to the staff size.In terms or marketing, I am responsible for creating different ad campaigns for the apartment community, doing corporate outreach with local businesses, tracking and record the best sources of advertising as well as track the occupancy and leasing statistics of the surrounding apartment complexes, and put together vendor events and an calendar for residents in the community. As a leasing agent, I was able to maintain our leasing and occupancy rates above 95% despite being in an area located near 7 other apartment communities within about a half mile. Most recently, I was able to lease 7 of our available 11 units within 1 month (the other 4 were leased by the rest of the staff). Outside of these, I also do other data entry projects, inventory and minor budget tracking as well as provide world class customer service to my residents.

Baltimore, Maryland Area

I started at PayPal working front-line phone calls in the Settings, Security and Payments segment. I was then given the position of content champion early on in my PayPal career where I was delegated to help make the Information Center for front-line agents as clear and accurate as possible. While in this position I took it upon myself to create a Bi-Weekly content newsletter where I provided our center with articles specific to the call drivers of the time, direct contact with agents and the content team and general news relevant to the site. I also made several additions and changes to the Information Center that are still in practice today.I have also mentored two PayPal New Hire classes; One of which I learned an entirely new segment in the short span of few days so that I would be able to teach that class. I then took that knowledge and used it to bridge knowledge gaps between two departments to strive for consistency and unification between the segments. To help achieve this goal, I created and held presentations and team learning sessions with agents throughout the site.I temporarily relocated to the Sioux City area to train agents and provide support for the site but I have moved back to the Baltimore area. Here, I am an Internal Consultancy and Advice representative for the PayPal Credit division where continue my goal of providing the tools of success to agents and customers alike.

At Sony, I was responsible for making sure that Sony was well represented in a 3rd party location along with driving the sale and promotion of Sony products. When I first started, The store was dead last in our district for sales and Sony was considering pulling out of that store. In a short time I was able to diagnose the sales issue, promote the products that would sell best (depending on the time of year, location, store focus, etc.) and restore Sony's reputation in that location. Because of my hard work, My store became one of the better sellers in the nation and even gave Sony the confidence to extend our contract at that store.

I was responsible for fixing hardware and software issues that customers ran into as well as educating customer on the various products we had to offer. I was also a part of the copy and print department where I fulfilled the design and marketing needs of our customers.
