Worked as the security governance manager for one account, which was a leading French client,handling the security governance activities,acting as a SPOC between the customer security organization and the Wipro delivery team, co-ordinating the compliance activities, security audits, overseeing infrastructure implementation and maintenance, providing reccomendations and improvements to the customer, handling the risk management, managing information security SLAs and KPIs,delivering security awareness training to the users etc.Also worked as a security consultant to one of the leading US banking clients for preparing the unified control framework based on PCI DSS, SOX, GLBA and ISO 27001 standards, for 2 months.

 Conduct Infrastructure Security and Compliance Audits of Accenture Locations. Have been part of the on-site security assessment team for all the Accenture India locations, Philippines and UK. Perform vulnerability assessment, identify the vulnerabilities, rate the risk severity based on the criticality of the service, exposure and risk likelihood. - Tools used – eEye Retina, Nmap, Nipper, Mcafee Foundstone, Nessus. Evaluate new vulnerabilities, threats and security patches, and evaluate their severity and risk rating, and write recommendations and determine timelines for installing the patches, and write the risk advisory. Firewall rules and configuration auditing and Network devices baseline checking. Network Architecture and Configuration Review Create and distribute Security Alert Communications related to virus alerts, newly announced vulnerabilities and the patch process.

 Designed and implemented IT Security Infrastructure and WAN (Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls and IDS/IPS) with LL, MPLS VPN and IPVPN for various Government and Telecom customers. Project Coordination and Support. Co-ordinated and implemented the Wide Area Network using MPLS VPN connectivity for multiple government organizations using Cisco Routers, Switches and ASA Firewalls, and ensure compliance with the organizational security standards and policies. Solutioning and Pre-Sales:- Developing the security solution for various network and security implementation projects, identified the security requirements in the RFP based on the organizational security standards, identified the specific devices needs to be implemented based on the requirements in the Request For Proposal, provided the Bill of Materials, and supported in various bidding processes. Worked with the Telecom and Internet Service Providers for the establishment and testing of connectivity for the above projects with different customers in the Government, Telecom and Energy Sector.
