QA Macro reporting and stakeholder feedback management. Monthly sales pipeline and Super customer reporting. Accountable for recruitment, retention, training, development and management of > 10 FTE, consisting of various allied-health professions. Responsible for overseeing maintenance of existing customer accounts, developing and converting new business opportunities, maximising efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives, implementation and support of internal quality assurance processes for service delivery and customer service, development and fostering of a positive high performing team culture.

Refine and enhance service delivery within existing RTW services stream; management of a small team of external consultants; involvement in the completion and delivery of tender documentation and marketing material; fostering and strengthening customer relationships through regular recurring account management meetings; strategic qualitative review and case management of complex physical and psychological cases; development and delivery of RTW content for monthly staff in-services; training of clinical staff in RTW service delivery; development and delivery of relevant RTW material for Integrated Pain Management Program.
