I am new to Project Manager in title. However, I have been a project manager of sorts for most of my career. I begin a project with the end in mind and stay on the proactive side of task management. This helps me manage contingencies so that there are very few surprises. I don’t like surprises.A good project manager makes no assumptions and builds contingencies into EVERY project plan.
