As a Chair and coordinator of fundraising dinner events which involves decision making input on external resources, managing event processes, coordinating meetings, preparing, monitoring and distributing event budgets. - Consults with Board on date, time, and location and reserves restaurant for the annual media fundraising dinner event -Assembles committee and holds preliminary meeting to: solicit ideas, confirm planning timeline, identify division of tasks, schedule meetings- Submits budget proposal to Committee. - Meets with committee on regular basis to plan details of and allocate responsibilities for event setup, publicity, food and drink, ticket printing and sales, invitations to public officials , raffle and auction contributions- supervise Marketing department to promote events through social media, email marketing, TV, radio interview, and content creation.- Recruits additional volunteers to fill multiple positions at the event (announcers, registration, Vip host, offering, Ushers, AV team, video team, Photography, program run down, ticket takers, raffle ticket sellers, auction helpers, supplies, decorations, set-up and clean-up, etc.) Arranges for printing of event program, including appreciation to donors. Follows up after the event with thank you letters to raffle and auction item donors, volunteers, and sponsors.

Served as Chair in the largest Chinese Christian women ministry organization in North AmericaCoordinated the annual women's conference with 350 above attendees at Hyatt Hotel in event planning, promotion, provided logistical support to conference speakers and led hundreds of volunteers
