I'm currently working for a major musical instrument online retailer as the Director of Web Development. My responsibilities include: - Implementation of requirements and designs from the business team.- Improving standards and processes to allow our programmers to work more efficiently.- Providing guidance to team members in terms of software design and implementation.- Production code releases, including being active in all code reviews, whether in-person or online.- I'm part of the company leadership team where I help provide insight and represent the development team.I've worked on many large projects, either on a team or on my own but always with the support of our entire IS team, including Analytics, Sys Admins and QA.By the way, I love where I work.Specialties:- PHP 5.x, 7.x- Creating Composer packages- SQL (MySQL).- JavaScript including jQuery.
