Managing operations at Ireland's largest sailing and powerboat training centre. The ethos is simple - to make boating and water activities accessible to all, enjoyable and simple.Originally my background was in Biochemistry and Immunology laboratories and now using these technical and analytical skills to grow participation in a customer orientated and feedback driven manner. My passion has always been training people afloat and my current role combines previous experience with this. I'm proud of the team in getting nearly 9,000 people afloat last year and reaching record participation levels.Always happy to connect and explore opportunities to support people in getting afloat in professional and leisure sectors.
