Founding member and English-language editor of Sadeq Institute, a think tank newly founded in the wake of the Libyan revolution with the aim of providing policy insight and analysis to support the post-revolutionary government's development and social, physical, and economic reconstruction efforts. Duties involved agenda-setting of the organisation's exploratory direction, supporting the drafting of English-language policy papers authored by Libyan writers, copy-editing and proofreading.

Duties involve public relations and advocacy at national and international levels, analytical support relating to policy and programmes, and monitoring and evaluation support.

During my brief time at MSF, my duties primarily involved editing press releases and internal documents, as well as pitching field volunteer experiences to local and regional media.

Duties involved supporting fundraising and advocacy activities by organising awareness events, and advocating to international organisations and trust funds. Also involved a month-long working trip to the Palestinian West Bank to liaise with regional offices of the organisation to better coordinate the activities of the London office with the Jerusalem office.
