I am required to deliver tasks to strict deadlines to ensure events proceeded as required. Communication is a key skill, as interactions with stakeholders is a basic requirement of any successful event. In the lead up to an event, time management is critical. I have always managed to stay positive and composed under such time pressures, and pride myself on my ability to do so. I will ensure that tasks are complete to the required standard even with such time constant. During events, when communication is vital, I am approachable and professional. I maintain a composed manner while ensuring any issues are seen to and stakeholders are looked after. I am particular good at showing initiative in such circumstances and have demonstrated this when dealing with stall holders at the 2018 UOW Open Day. Show less
