Also known as State and Local Implementation Grant Program, or SLIGP, our team ensures on schedule and budget performance as we prepare the State for statewide broadband. Getting there requires establishing various win-win agreements between the State, FirstNet and other organizations.Additional efforts included leading the NPSTC Applications group to define what a Public Safety Grade application looks like. It was great to work with a a broad spectrum team made up of industry and public safety professionals.

In addition, we developed a novel way to very rapidly restore all wireless communications infrastructure in a disaster location in a few hours.
