In a first for external advisors, he recently appeared before the International Public Rulings Panel of the Australian Taxation Office on a major interpretational matter affecting the resource industry and successfully persuaded policy change of the matter- tax due diligence services to the purchaser of the interest in the offshore oil field, including tax structuring advice in respect of the acquisition;- lead taxation advisor in formulation and execution of corporate restructures- lead tax advisor to major Chinese Corporation in relation to acquisition of Australian group of companies
