Successfully launched Greens Lolly Gobble Bliss Bombs and Poppin Popcorn range into the Route trade. Key results included setting up distribution through confectionery wholesalers across Australia along with product ranging in key accounts.• Improved Greens margins in regards to our Foodservice division by completely reviewing our pricing structure based on cost of goods and product range, the result was a much improved product range at a much more respectable margin.• By working closely with our Foodservice distributor I was able to help put in place strategies that were of great benefit for their existing account managers and field sales team to help drive foodservice sales.• Increased Greens ranging with both Chrisco and Hamper King. I created specific hampers for both accounts and presented to them the full range of Greens products including our baking range, Basco health products and Lowen cereals.• Effectively manage the sale of any slow selling stock that Greens were unable to sell through fast moving customer’s warehouses across Australia.
