Project Manager for medium to large city and county government enterprise software implementations. Solutions include on-premise, cloud, and mixed infrastructure environments, often involving complex business processes and multiple integrations and interfaces, as well as ancillary software components and data migration or data conversion. Managed a dual-enterprise enterprise system implementation project to migrate both Louisville Metro Government and Louisville Metropolitan Sewer District from Hansen version 7 to Hansen 8. Project included a completely new system infrastructure and databases, data migration, requirements gathering and process analysis, nine interfaces to other enterprise systems, and thousands of lines of code for custom configuration.Phase one of the Hansen 8 migration project was completed by the management-imposed deadline and was under budget by three million dollars. It involved fifteen core team members for the entire course of its three-year lifespan and involved more than 100 extended team members during many stages of the project, ultimately serving nearly 1,200 end users across two agencies and ten divisions.
