My goal is to simplify the onboarding process with a one-click import feature, ensuring a smooth transition for new practices and providers entering our ecosystem.In my tenure, I've led numerous discovery workshops to pinpoint user pain points and opportunities for enhancement. Additionally, I established a robust framework for user journey maps within athenaHealth, creating five comprehensive maps that illuminate the current state of our products.
