In charge of International Corporate Customers• Establishment of the tools for the sale. • Trainings of the local commercial teams of the African subsidiaries (Connecteo, Divona).• Establishment of the tools for piloting the sales team and offers validation.• In charge directly of the top 10 accounts any lines of market confused (Bank, Oil and Gas, Mining).• Development of add value services (Voice over IP), search for partners.

·Prospection and seizure of Telecom business opportunities on the French-speaking Central and West Africa zone (Senegal, Mauritania, Mali...).·Drafting and signing of Telecom project contracts for Telecom Operators and/or Country Administrations customers.·Drafting and signing of contracts with the subcontractors chosen for the execution.·Financial and Operational management of won projects.

·Management of 10 peoples·Establishment of different working processes in relation with other departements of the company·Development of new tools in order to be more efficient in the following-up of customers·Setting up internal training on the new offers developed by the company·Follow up Sales turnover generated by the team·Accounts development and additional sale assistance

·Follow-up of the good general course of the deployment but also of the exploitation (management of the project, management of the shifts compared to the forecasts, management of the difficulties…)·Establishment of the customer’s reports/ratios.·SLA follow-up and QoS criteria·Follow-up of the invoicing (release of the invoicing, questions of invoicing, adaptation of the invoicing compared to the customer requirements…)·Analyse use of the services and meetings for evolution·Responsible for client relations (meeting follow up and meeting reporting)·Account development and cross-selling.

• Second level support for technical-sales and sale Managers on products targeted at ISPs and Telecom Operators• Responding to Requests For Information.

•Creation of partnerships with the different telecom operators (Itinéris, Bouygues télécom) in order to make a common access site.•Looking for a mobile phone ISP in France in order to make the Wap site available to all our corporate customers.•Projects with different telecom products manufacturers : - pre-programming of the Wap site in the Wap mobile phones. - Fixing Wap site access problems via specific terminals (Wap browser).

• Study of the GPRS technology (General Packet Radio Service) and of the possibilities given by this technology (Internet access from mobile phones connected to terminals).• Linking the different service platforms of the company (current voice and data service platforms, Bouygues Telecom’s Intranet) to the GPRS backbone.• Setting up a data transport technology on via WAP (Wireless Access Protocol), allowing data exchange from a mobile phone, in circuit or paquet-mode.• Study on message accessibility for Roaming customers.
