Played a key role in introducing a bespoke platform for performing de-centralized certification process. This was a customized solution on top of SailPoint IdentityIQ product. Plugins and quick links were developed to display an entirely new UI page for business owners to create and manage certification campaigns within a single-click. The entire background workflow such as creating the application, data load, staging of certification, report generation was fully automated. Business owners were presented with reports to review the certification data before and after activating the certification campaign. This feature brought about 100+ internal app teams to participate in the automated certification, some of which were classified as SOX, SOC1 compliant. Implementation of LCM (Life cycle Manager) module for IGA. Horizontal scaling of application servers was accomplished to meet the requirements of application architecture. Additional infrastructure for middleware such as IQService and ConnectorGateway were also requested and later layered with necessary supporting software to manage life cycle events and provisioning features. Existing architecture re-visited to update Application context diagram (ACD), business context diagram (BCD), Deployment context diagram (DCD) to fit new connector requirements for AD/LDAP and Mainframe (RACF/ACF2) provisioning. Representations to ARB (Architecture review board) meetings to explain in detail on the application architecture and justifications for the changes to the architecture, submitting exception requests and obtaining approval from Senior IAM leadership team for go live. Actively involved in SailPoint IdenityIQ patch and upgrade of versions 8.3, 8.3p1 and 8.4.

As a part of SUAMP (Strategic user access management program) Sailpoint IIQ was implemented to manage the governance, risk and compliance of the company. The project’s objective is to onboard 500 High risk applications on to Sailpoint and to manage the user access by creating a central provisioning team and also to automate the process of User life cycle.
