The completion of the acquisition increased turnover from £2.5m to £5m+ Utilised IT expertise to lead the installation of a new computer system to ensure compliance with Toyota standards. Worked collaboratively with Toyota Engineers and Technicians to install thesystem and ensured effective linking back to Toyota UK via a dedicated WAN link A similar project was undertaken for Renault, enabling dealers to submit electronically. Specified, tested and negotiated the system (Navigator) and managed the procurement process

Reported to the Directors and was responsible for the management of IT systems within the organisation and for the day to day operational leadership of all sales and service staff Orchestrated the design and implementation of a new IT Infrastructure Led IT projects throughout the project lifecycle. This has included the implementation of an EDI ordering system with a key client and the upgrade of an accountancy system to a multi currency,multi location SQL system (Access dimensions) Had significant strategic input, making daily decisions on stock control, product service issues and sales lead times
