Aspiring IT Support Specialist completing rigorous bootcamp to receive Google IT Support Certifications. 7+ years in the retail customer service industry has led to advanced ability in customer service, issue resolution, troubleshooting, leadership, and multitasking.Hello AllI am currently working through the Merit America IT Support Specialist Bootcamp where I am completing the Google IT Support suite of certifications. The tech industry is something I've been interested in jumping into since way back in 2004 when I started playing World of Warcraft and other MMO games. Gaming and Tech are two things that are deeply ingrained in my person, and I cant see my life without either one of them. I pursued an advanced education in History and received my Associates of Arts in History from Tulsa Community College. While this education was not tech related, it did teach me a lot of transferable skills such as Research and Analytics, Technical Writing and Documentation, and Effective Communication. Through the skills I will receive with the Google IT Support Certifications, my higher education in History, and my love for all things tech and gaming, I will have acquired the knowledge needed to succeed in this vast field, and look forward to all the success to come.
