My efforts extended to cultivating strategic partnerships with private entities, community-based organizations, and NGOs. I dedicated myself to building an ecosystem conducive to replicating Selco-India's successful business model from Karnataka to Bihar. This involved registering Selco Private Limited for Bihar operations and successfully opening branches in Munger and Madhubani. Notably, I facilitated essential MOUs with Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank to secure financing for solar home lighting systems, ensuring sustainable and impactful operations.

Embarking on my journey with Selco Foundation, I spearheaded the establishment of an Incubation Center for the underprivileged in vibrant Ahmadabad. Fueled by passion, I forged impactful partnerships with private entities, community-based organizations, and NGOs. Together, we envisioned and worked tirelessly to create an ecosystem that could transplant Selco-India's successful business model from the scenic landscapes of Karnataka to the promising avenues of Bihar. This endeavor involved blending innovation, compassion, and strategic thinking to bring sustainable energy solutions to those who needed them the most.
