• In this project we designed the given component by using principles of additive engineering.• Firstly, Reverse engineering of the physical prototype of component given is done by usingmetrological tools and CAD model for the same is developed, saved in .stl format• The model was uploaded to Autodesk Netfabb for part orientation and support generation, the bestorientation is slected where the build can be manufactured with less usage of support material.• The build was prepared by finalizing the orientation and support design.• After fabricating the part post processing should be done, secondary operations like drilling orreboring so that the part is fastened properly while assemblage.Core competencies: Coordinated seamless collaboration across team members and interdisciplinary groups to achieve project goals within specified timelines

During my internship at Incap Contract Manufacturing Services, I applied Data-driven Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles, integrating analytics into the design process to proactively address manufacturing challenges. This approach significantly improved product manufacturability, reducing issues during mass production. As an Industrial Engineering and Management intern, I also played a key role in refining Design for Testing (DfT) strategies, leveraging advanced manufacturing analytics for enhanced product quality.This internship experience has been instrumental in reinforcing my passion for the intersection of industrial engineering and data science.
