I was responsible for all aspects of the business. Health and Safety, HR, Accounts, Customer sales/ Retention. I ran a fantastic Ladies only fitness centre where results mattered. Our customers rated the gym very highly as expressed in the awards we won as a result of their feed back.It was with great sadness that we had to cease trading in July 15.

Promoting Body By Vi, the challenge and helping customers to lose weight.

Whilst filling my day managing our énergie fitness for women gym, I have recently started being an independant distributor for Body By Vi. I believe this product compliments what we are doing in the Ladies only gym.

I was responsible for managing the depot where we operated a mixed fleet of vehicles, ranging from small vans up to 44 ton artics along with nominated subcontractors.Achieved the company KPI’s through quality, service, financial control and the development of the team. Reporting to the operations director. I was also responsible for the following: Profit and loss for the depot. Achieving and exceeding both internal/external KPI’s Health and Safety of the depot Holder of the Operator’s licence for the depot Depot maintenance and security. Training and development of the warehouse staff, drivers and office staff. Fleet maintenance in conjunction with the fleet engineer Legislation – drivers –vehicles Stock control- for national and local customers All aspects of HR.  Business implementation (sourcing new customers, implementing logistic solutions to meet the customer’s needs ) Held regular customer meetings to oversee KPI’s –managing customers’ expectations Maximum utilisation of the depot’s resources. Overseeing the planning of all outbound and inbound deliveries Hold regular subcontractor / supplier meetings to oversee service level agreements were being achieved.

As Warehouse Manager I was responsible for the Allocation of work to meet demanding targets. Stock control including cyclic counts. Planning and controlling stock locations Managing a team of 12 warehouse staff Health and safety. Maintenance of mechanical handling equipment Loading / Unloading vehicles Planning of delivery vehicle routes.
