Current- Maximized team efficiency by initiating division of labor; outlined each team member’s individual responsibilities according to their strengths and areas of expertise.- Developed and organized key procedures for department duties; revised department manual. Created logbooks of completed tasks for workflow reference.- Assign work orders and resolve issues from all departments via BMC FootPrints ticketing system.- Access SAP Concur daily to export travel reports and manage users; solve technical issues as reported.- Supported IT with a 3-week SharePoint migration of the U.S. Operations site and designed new pages for new Headquarters. Reorganized internal site database.- Prepare weekly reports for expense reconciliation and meet with Finance for disputes.- Assist with day-to-day logistical tasks including same-day international travel, time-sensitive data entry, file organization, and other administrative tasks.
