Developed new, and monitored existing, Foundation grants in agricultural and rural development, supporting research, higher education and on-the-ground micro projects in rural development. Focused on the Ministry of Agriculture and the country's agricultural research institutes. Also worked with the country's universities and the Ministry of Food.
