Over the coarse of seven years with ARROJO, I was intensely involved in many facets of the business. That involved, but was not limited to, HR including overseeing employee healthcare, product production from inception, packaging, fulfillment and distribution, and sales. In 2015 I was named Director Of Sales & Brand Operations. My primary focus shifted to overseeing a team which was focused on growing the brands presence and market penetration, primarily though direct to salon professional sales. Additionally, my team promoted and organized regional and nationwide trade and brand centric shows in order to build awareness and grow sales in key market places. These experiences and education, empowered me with the tools and systems necessary to build and grow a team, and to engage that cohesive unit to drive sales. Perhaps more importantly, I learned the value of, and nuances behind building and fostering relationships. Without fail, that is the key to success.
