My media work involved acting for both Claimants and Defendants in various matters, including libel, privacy, breach of confidence and malicious prosecution claims. I acted for News Group, Mirror Group Newspapers, Vice, Times Newspapers and others, including the book publishers Random House and Canongate. I advised on several high profile cases, including in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.I also advised newspaper, magazine and online publishers and documentary film makers on pre-publication issues including clearance, contempt, libel and compliance concerns.

I worked in the in-house Legal and Business Affairs team at ITV Productions, working on a wide range of programmes, including This Morning, Loose Women and the last ever series of Parkinson. I was responsible for drawing up and finalising a wide range of contracts and negotiated fees with agents for guests to appear on various shows.
