Partner in Appvice ApS - an app agency specialising in developing mobile apps

Through its Jabra brand at GN Netcom my key responsibilities were:• Analysing the app market to identify relevant apps and trends• Define new apps and apps features, based on market and end user insight• Managing existing, identify and acquire new app partners• Managing agreements with existing partners and implement co-marketing programs• Drive the apps development together with the Jabra R&D, project team and partners• I am a key part of internal and external sell-in of app’s and partnerships

In cooperation with system owners I coordinate and develop the existing mobile applications portfolio. Tasks includes initiating and completing mobile application projects, managing the overall sales, marketing and client relationships.I “translate” business requirements to IT development task’s and I am the departments technical sparring partner when IT requirements are identified. By successfully bridging the GAP between business requirements and efficient and compliant IT solutions I ensure solutions supports and enhance business processes. Moreover I assist keeping the functional units technological advanced.

Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish and be the link between customers, partners and developers.Primary tasks:• Suggest new ideas and business opportunities in collaboration with the head of Market Intelligence & Development• Define project scope and ensure that all parties understand the purpose of the project• Define the process flow for the project and ensure visibility of this• Obtain prices, allocate necessary resources and establish the budget for the project• Create risk analysis for project• Communicate project progress to the management, customers, partners and team• Supervise and quality test deliveries from developers• Ensure project delivery on time and project goal is reached• Evaluation of project

Manage and develop the product of GPS surveillance for policyholders in a Control Centre.• Customer service/care• Obtain knowledge in the area of GPS surveillance by attending meetings with suppliers, conferences and fairs• Have a thorough knowledge of the market i.e. new technologies, competitors and customer demands/needs• Attend an obligatory AMU course as a security guard
