I love cutting-edge devices and tech. I truly believe in technology's ability to alleviate the masses, bring parity, and enable everyone to live a dignified and connected life. This desire has led me to my current role at Microsoft and will be the deciding factor in my future career of choice.The title alongside my profile might speak of my academic and professional pedigree, but the journey to that point had started back in the small town of Phulbani (in Odisha, India). Even in a remote location with limited opportunities, I was lucky to have great teachers and mentors. That underscores the role of quality education in someone's life and tech's ability to facilitate the same will be the defining key for the upcoming generations. #techforgood #techforallPrior to my current role, I completed my Master's in Strategy and Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur. Having had exposure to consulting at Deloitte and working for a multi-billion dollar cloud-migration project proved extremely valuable to my education at XLRI, in particular: understanding business needs, aligning them with multiple stakeholders, and fulfilling them via leading tech. I count my engineering education at IIT Bhubaneswar as a pivotal learning experience, not just in technical education but also in learning about different people and their perspectives. It also helped me overcome my hesitations in front of a crowd and to have a growth mindset.I currently am part of the ODSP (OneDrive and Sharepoint) product vertical at Microsoft and looking forward to benefiting from and contributing to the ever-expanding space of Enterprise tech.
