CurrentI am currently working as a junior engineer pyro section and also worked in Crusher section,Raw Mill and Cement Mill. I am responsible for attending any breakdown problem and try to given clearance as soon as possible. having knowledge of all field equipment like grease spray system , Gearbox Publication system, Rotary air lock, All fans bearing and clearance checking checking, Coupling gap checking , impeller checking. I had worked in 45 days major shutdown and attended maintenance of kiln tip casting plate checking, tongue plate checking,, Kiln tyre Cold air gap checking, Kiln Tyre fixing arrangement checking, Kiln inlet and outlet seal checking, cooler static plate checking, Grate cooler condition checking, Clinker breaker hammer condition checking and maintenance work. All cooler flap valve pneumatic cylinder seal checking, and maintenance work. Cooler flap valve gap checking and bearing checking and greasing work. CF Silo dosing valve Checking and maintenance work. Coal Mill main bag filter checking Door fabricated new one. S.O.V purging checking, purging pipe checking and changing, Bag filter bag and cag condition checking and changing if required.
