- Write code utilizing the a JavaScript SaaS API and AngularJS to develop full stack web applications for over 25,000 users- Implemented a system which allows for library customers questions to be received and answered over SMS, considered to be the most complex application the team has built- Mentor new developers and teach good coding practices, standards and system design as most senior member of team

- Provide tier 2 technical support to Cal Poly Pomona faculty and staff- Image computers with custom images developed in house- Test functionality of newly developed images before deployment- Diagnose and solve computer, networking, printer and other IT issues

- Worked on an Agile team to develop a chatbot which automates IT support for 150,000 employees; used Node.js, AWS Lex, Lambda, S3, SES and Postgres RDS- Initiated and engineered a C# .NET Core MVC web application to automate the process of verifying the correctness of data between various data sources- Wrote a requirements document, documented features and technical details, tested, debugged, used Git and Github version control
