I was the first point of contact for all Post 16 queries and undertook all administrative duties, including:• Diary Management for myself and senior members of staff.• Managing the P16 Bursary Fund & Budget • Organised Internal and external large scale events – such as Open Evenings, Consultation Evenings, Higher Education trips and Student Residential's. • Oversaw new student recruitment – Record and file applications, schedule interviews, collect references and send out offer and rejection letters. • Other duties - Monitor students’ attendance on a daily basis, generated daily and weekly Excel report for senior management, produced weekly PowerPoint presentations, kept student files up to date and secure, Led weekly team meetings, organized all students Work Experience placements. From September – December 2017 I worked at the Academy on a temporary basis in the Reprographics department and covering the Main Receptionist.
