Current- Lead CMI function to discover consumer and market insights through various different data source in order to connect the dots and address business issues.
- Lead Integrated Commercial Planning and support other strategic planning/ annual planning to drive company short-term/ long-term objective.
- Coordinate and facilitate monthly commercial team forum to share market intelligence, review activation plan and commercial topics update to drive commercial decisions making.
- Develop Taiwan NPI process and define clear RACI to governance the whole process and ensure NPI development is on track.
- Set-up NPI team and lead cross function discussion between Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Sales team to ensure transparent information and agility to adjust under constantly changing.
