•Designed and executed a digital competitive analysis on the bathroom furniture market, specifically looking at Restoration Hardware and Wayfair to benchmark product assortment and customer experience•Collected and synthesized product assortment and pricing data in excel on major retailers’ portfolios, such as RH and Wayfair, which resulted in an understanding of Kohler’s position in the market•Presented my research and recommendations to 10+ executives and co-workers that provided insight into how Kohler bathroom vanities can win in the bathroom furniture market•Created product bundles for e-commerce sites which increased product awareness among customers and improved sales

•Provided food security and support to 500+ families in North Minneapolis affected by COVID-19 through emergency food distribution•Organized a start-up food pantry with over 60,000 lbs of non-perishable food •Supervised volunteers and assigned roles to ensure all duties were fulfilled at the distribution site
