Conducted 50+ Home Energy Scores for rentals in Eugene by collecting data on homes and compiling and issuing reports. Program resulted in estimated annual carbon savings of 23,000 lbs of CO2 emissions.Educated 50+ residents about subsidies and loan programs to increase installation of energy-efficient home technologies.

Wrote and presented policy research paper to City of Eugene with possible solutions to energy efficiency split-incentive problem in rental housing.

Contributed to development of automated method for testing energy efficiency of TVs by designing dark room for testing and logic to automate tests. Method was ultimately adopted as national standard ANSI/CTA-2037-D and Energy Star program and is soon to be considered for international standards.Assisted with project management by creating detailed work plan and schedule, logging and tracking expenses, communicating with consultants, and training two new staff members.
