I am a person that highly motivated and, able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines. Therefore, I always give my full commitment upon embarking any tasks given. As such, if I be given the opportunity for the position that related to my background in your company, it would not only be advantageous to my career development but would possibly be beneficially to your company as well. In order to fulfill partly the requirements of Bachelor Degree Science in Human Resource Development at UNIMAS, I undergo industrial training at Wisma SALCRA. The industrial training has allowed me to gain valuable experienced by working along with the Human Resource and Administrative Department. Furthermore, during the training I was assigned under different unit that enable me to gain experienced related to my background and able to apply theories into practice. Other than that, I was assigned in recording staff’s Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and involved in the management of stock and inventory.
