I have over six years of experience in multimedia design and creative direction, with a background in print design and production that shaped my passion for team structure and organization as well as my ability to work in companies of all sizes. My core competencies include developing and training the company on automated workflow systems, collaborating with cross-functional departments, creating successful campaigns for paid social ads, and scaling the creative team through pricing strategies and internship programs. I also have expertise in using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, G-Suite, and various organizational tools.
