I spent five weeks of summer 2023 interning in the Sales and Recruiting Department at Addison Group's headquarters. At Addison Group, we connect top talent with career-changing opportunities. Daily, I would contact prospective candidates, via email or cold calling, who met the job descriptions provided by Addison Group's clients. To do so, I would use Salesforce or Bullhorn to run search strings resulting in candidates who met each requirement and pass said candidates along to the main recruiters and business development managers.After Summer 2023, I was offered a return offer from Addison Group Chicago post graduation. As I gladly accepted the offer, they were kind enough to also offer the option to continue working my internship position remotely while away at school.

Along with two other team members, I worked on a competitive analysis presentation that focused on comparing Addison Group's financial data to our publicly traded competitors. Each day, I researched and pulled data using Spotlight XL for Addison Group and various SEC filings to pull the 10-K and 10-Q YOY data for our competitors. At the end of the five weeks, my teammates and I presented to our supervisors along with the CFO.
