Roles:- Coordinate with upper level managers to organize the schedule of the pool- Advertised swim lessons to the entire Cincinnati Country Club community to raise awareness of the program - Contacted members to create a reliable schedule of swim lessons - Worked closely with the members and gained lots of communication experience through coordinating times and dates that work for the families of the participants - Instructed over 25 children at least once a week
