As the Associate Center Director of Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes - Denver, I support our Center Director in overseeing, managing, and supporting a Denver-Based Learning Center that uses evidence-based literacy programs to help students of all age reach their potential. I ensure that we provide quality, evidence-based reading, math and comprehension cognitive instructional programs to aide our clients of all ages to closing academic gaps and reaching life goals, both often leading to increased confidence and social success. In addition to clinical staff development and management, and student instructional planning, I teach our families how we deliver a specific and differentiated learning plan based on evidence-based instruction to support themselves or their student. I provide information calls, information visits, and professional collaboration meetings (for future, current, or past students) with the goal to educate families and other educators on the imagery-language foundation needed to support strong literacy skills.

As a Corporate Instructional Consultant, I support over 50 Lindamood-Bell Learning Centers in implementing research validated reading, comprehension, and math programs based on the Dual Coding Theory. Through leading intensive training workshops, offering mentorship and on-the-job development, as well as providing guidance on instructional implementation and conduct management with a solution-oriented mindset, I work to uphold instructional integrity within our 50+ locations worldwide.

As a Lead Consultant, I oversaw the instructional quality of the San Luis Obispo and Marin Learning Centers by consulting for students with a variety of profiles as well as developing, mentoring, and leading a team of clinicians to implement our research-validated, Sensory Cognitive 1 to 1 instruction focused on reading, comprehension, and math and based on Dual Coding Theory.

As a consultant I plan dynamic lessons, pace students through intensive reading, comprehension, and math programs, oversee the execution of lesson plans, mentor teachers, communicate with families regarding progress, and create behavior management plans and motivational tools.
