I am currently in my fourth and final year at California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo majoring in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Administration with a concentration in Event Planning and Experience Management. I have been fondly called a “Spitfire” by my professors, and I believe that accurately describes my personality. I am a natural communicator who isn’t afraid to speak up or ask questions. I am assertive, I have a strong work ethic, and I take pride in putting my best effort into everything that I do. I am passionate about creating memorable experiences that engage and inspire others. I hope to work as a corporate event planner in the future, where I can utilize my skills while appreciating the art of hospitality.Something that I value most about myself is my creativity, and my ability to look at any situation as a blank canvas.I often lend my skills to my college department by being a freelance artist and graphic designer. I have designed materials for faculty and friends, and most notably I was head of graphic design for the 2022 and 2023 Auction and Dinner. Recently, I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to paint a mural on campus, which is displayed right near the entrance of campus.
