Worked within the IT department to manage and optimize the database systems for operational, academic, and administrative departments at St. John’s Northwestern Academies. Ensuring the security and performance of databases that underpin critical IT infrastructure.Extracted data from old databases, collated the data, and verified accuracy. The resulting excel data tables were mapped and uploaded into a new database (Veracross). Primarily working with the Advancement Department for data analytics to create google dashboards as a temporary data analytical tool until the completion of database to database migration.Currently creating SOPs for emerging workflows as integration of the new database is ongoing with migration mostly complete, but missing the siloed information that was not previously entered. Collaboration with other departments has commenced to flesh out all the available database data necessary to utilize tracking and communication tools. All the while providing helpdesk support for the database to all departments along with ongoing training to all staff.

Enter new jobs into the ERP System using multiple platforms to gather necessary data points. Includes reading technical emails, understanding certifications (such as ASM 2700 and ASTM) and reading engineering drawings. Responsible for giving updates on existing projects when requested over email or the phone. Ensure all projects are accounted for and moving through production. ERP Systems training for Shipping and Receiving using newly documented system.

As Tasting Room Attendant, I learn the flavor profiles, source, and interesting points of wines in stock and the new wines that come out every month as I guide customers through a tasting of select wines. Additionally, in February I began training in office duties as an Assistant Office Manager. Duties include handling general office administration, including data entry and general document management. Also includes processing money drops, purchase orders, and invoices.
