• Responsible to actively promote and sell products and services to obtain target revenues• Prepare and identify specific targets; marketing services as appropriate to meet monthly sales goals• Manage promotional services through quality check analysis• Utilize Yardi to track sales, sales trends, price variances and balance to journal• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals• Establish and maintain a customer database (CRM) to continuously communicate with current clients and potential customers on the phone, in-person, and via-email• Coordinate with media regarding radio broadcast advertising
